Keeping an updated and working payment card on your account ensures that your billing is running smoothly.
There are times wherein the initial card you have on file may have expired already, restricted or blocked by your bank or Stripe, or any other reasons that prevent the successful processing of necessary payment for the continuation of your Kindest Pro service, so you need to replace your payment method.
Here's how you can do it:

Log in to your Kindest workspace if you haven't done so already.

Go to Settings located in the upper right corner of your workspace where you see your name and/or profile icon.

Click on Your Plan in the left navigation menu, then Manage My Billing. This will open a new window or tab for your billing page where you can see your current plan, the next renewal date, your payment method(s) and their expiration dates, and invoice history (from which you can view and download your invoice and receipts).

Click add payment method if you would like to add new card on your billing page, enter the card details, and you can set it as default if needed.
If your invoice is overdue and you would like that to run payment for that to clear, just click on that invoice and there is an option to run the payment. If you are having trouble doing it for some reason, please contact Kindest support for assistance.
