[Troubleshooting] Can't set up Stripe Express account from Kindest workspace

Stripe may be seamlessly integrated with your Kindest workspace for payouts or disbursements. However, there are situations when problems or faults occur without warning. Here are some simple troubleshooting actions you can do to resolve the issue:

Without Existing Stripe Account

  1. Register for an account with Stripe through this link: https://dashboard.stripe.com/register

  2. Once an account is created and activated, log in to your Kindest workspace and click on Setup Stripe button on top of the page.

  3. Click on Connect Existing Account, then follow the prompts and fill in the details as required. See screenshot below:

     

With Existing Stripe Account

  1. Log in to your Stripe dashboard through this link: https://dashboard.stripe.com/login

  2. After you logged in to Stripe, log in to your workspace in Kindest if you haven't done so yet.

  3. Click on Setup Stripe button on top of the page, and then select Connect Existing Account. Follow the prompts and fill in the details as required. See screenshot below:
